    The Highlander Institute RIDE launched a distance learning helpline to support parents and families.  Teachers, parents, and guardians can call the Helpline at 904-414-4927 or fill out the online form to get their distance learning questions answered.

    As we continue moving forward with distance learning, we know that there are going to be technology issues that crop up.  We have a dedicated technology help line to assist with these issues.  Now, we also have a dedicated Spanish-speaking line as well.    You can reach out to helpdesk@npsri.net or call 401-619-5362.  To access the Spanish-speaking line, please call 1-800-735-1775.  The message is in Spanish and users will be directed to a Help Desk engineer who speaks Spanish.   Please direct all questions about Chromebook issues to this line as opposed to individual teachers.
