With the potential for our area to be impacted by the effects of hurricanes the City of Newport would like to take this opportunity to inform or remind residents of their ability to enroll in the City’s Mass Notification System, Smart 911. This tool is used for both Emergency and Non-Emergency situations and allows the City to contact residents with important messages.
