Construction Technology

The objective of the Construction Technology program is to instruct students to become competent individuals in the field of construction.

Proficiencies:

  • Use of hand and power tools

  • Equipment and materials,

  • Construction of residential structures

  • Renovations

  • Minor electrical and plumbing

The Construction Technology program offers a solid foundation for a career in construction or can be used as a stepping-stone to other trades.

Students will be prepared for post-secondary education or training. Students will have the opportunity to earn a certification or credits by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).

Co-operative education opportunities in the construction field are available and we are always looking to expand our business partnerships.
