The Newport Area Career & Technical Center's Cosmetology Program has opened their salon clinic.
The clinic will provide salon services at a reduced price to the community on Wednesdays between the hours of 9:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Appointments are needed. Please call (401) 849-0490 to schedule a time slot.
