My name is Hope (Chella) Lowe and I have been teaching art in the Newport Public Schools since 2008. In my first two years I taught elementary and have since been full-time at Rogers since 2010. I hold my BFA in Illustration 07' and MAT in Art Education 08' from The Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). In 2006 I studied abroad for two semesters at Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) in Scotland. There I travelled extensively around Europe. I love sharing my passion for art, travel, living and learning with others.
