Students may pick up working papers at the Rogers High School Guidance Office or on the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training website.  RIDLT 

Initial form:  Intention to Employ Minor

This form needs to filled out and signed by a parent/guardian and the employer.  Once completed, this form will need to be emailed to Miss Gorman at joanngorman@npsri.net to then have the working permit typed up and signed by a school official.

If your child is not a student at Rogers High School you will need to provide proof of age, such as a birth certificate or passport to then have the working permit typed up and signed by a school official.
