I try my best to document all of my lessons, so that I can reflect upon and remember what works and what sometimes doesn't. It's also helpful showing students what their peers have done in the past. The bar gets raised higher every semester and often, students creativity inspires brand new lessons...Looking forward to continuing to grow as an educator and make the Rogers Art Department better than ever!
