English as a Second Language (ESL 297)

Overview

This course is for students in grades 9 to 12 with limited English language skills. The purpose of the course is to develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.The focus is on language needed for success in the United States, as well as the language needed for success in academic courses.

Materials

A variety of materials will be used to promote English language acquisition.
