TMS Working Papers:

Students may pick up working papers at the Thompson Middle School Guidance Office or on the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training website.  RIDLT

Initial form:  Intent to Employ a Minor

This form needs to filled out and signed by a parent/ guardian and the employer.  Once completed, this form will need to be emailed to Mrs. Grover at debragrover@npsri.net to then have the working permit typed up and signed by a school official.

If your child is not a student at Thompson Middle School you will need to provide proof of age, such as a birth certificate or passport to then have the working permit typed up and signed by a school official.
