Dear TMS Families, 

 

My name is Mr. Rock. I am a seventh grade science teacher here at Thompson Middle School. I have always been involved in the sciences and teaching since college and worked in the field of environmental planning and management before becoming a teacher. My interest in science brought me to places like Hawai'i and Indonesia. Here in Rhode Island I am also involved with many local environmental groups such as the Aquidneck Land Trust and Clean Ocean Access. 

 

In the past, I served as Dean at Rogers High School, coached the Rogers Sailing Team and also taught Horticulture, Essentials of Computer Technology and Earth Science.
