Congratulations to Thompson Middle School STEM Specialist Kevin Bolano who was recently awarded a STEM Teacher Grant from the East Bay Chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW). Mr. Bolanoâs STEM activity will introduce chemical analysis techniques using Crime Scene Chemistry Kits. Students will perform tests to analyze and identify substances to solve a hypothetical medical emergency.
