IT Help Desk


All requests for technology support should be directed to the NPSRI IT Help Desk.  Opening a request is simple, and easy.  There are two ways to obtain the assistance you need -  Email or phone.

You can open a service request by sending a 📧 simple email to

  1. Your name and phone number that we can use to contact you

  2. Where you are located, including school name & room number

  3. A description of the problem/issue
