This past weekend, the Rogers High School Band, Orchestra, and Chorus took a trip to Hershey, PA. The band and orchestra competed in the Music in the Parks festival. Both groups finished in an amazing 3rd place! On top of that, Rogers High School was awarded the Espirt De Corps Trophy. This signifies the participating school with the highest amount of respect, culture, integrity, and etiquette. A huge achievement. Along the way, our Vikings were able to tour Amish Country, attend Hershey Park, have free time in New York City, and attend an on Broadway production of- Wicked! It truly was an amazing weekend!

El pasado fin de semana, la Banda, Orquesta y Coro del Instituto Rogers hicieron un viaje a Hershey, PA. La banda y la orquesta compitieron en el festival Music in the Parks. ÂĄAmbos grupos terminaron en un increĂble tercer puesto! AdemĂĄs, el instituto Rogers recibiĂł el Trofeo EspĂritu de Cuerpo. Esto significa que la escuela participante tiene el mayor respeto, cultura, integridad y etiqueta. Un gran logro.
