Congratulations to Rafael Palencia, who was recognized with the Arthur Bell Award following the Vikings’ hard-fought 14–13 loss in the cross island rivalry game against Middletown.
The award honors the legacy of the late Coach Arthur Bell and recognizes outstanding performance, determination, and competitive spirit. Rafael represented Rogers High School with tremendous effort throughout the game, and the Rogers coaching staff is extremely proud of him and this well-deserved recognition.
