The following are the regularly scheduled School Committee Meeting dates for Calendar Year 2026

Meetings shall begin at 6:30 p.m. In the event of location or time changes for School Committee meetings, the public will be notified as soon as possible through posting on the School Committee calendar on the Newport Public Schools website www.npsri.net. The School Committee will meet at 6:15 PM to discuss agenda items. This pre-meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Welcome Center at Pell Elementary School. The public will be notified as soon as possible in the event of location or time changes.
*September meeting moved to 3rd Tuesday of the month due to Primary Election Day.
