NACTC Culinary Arts students recently participated in a ProStart competition at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick sponsored by the RI Hospitality Education Foundation. Our talented young chefs whipped up some amazing dishes as part of ProStart, an industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program designed for students interested in careers in the restaurant industry.
